- Carrying out regular independent and objective Quality Assurance Surveys with our service users to ascertain satisfaction and changing policies and procedures if and where necessary
- Actioning any recommendations from Care Standards and CSCI to improve our services
- Carrying out Operational Audits to monitor the service delivery protocol, making procedural changes where necessary
- Recognising and rewarding our staff for excellence, growing skills and knowledge and promoting career progression
- Regularly consulting service users on our performance to ensure we are delivering the best possible service.
