Kiara Personnel is a Domiciliary Care Provider, established in 2007 to provide care services to individuals who may need a just that extra bit of help around the home.
Kiara Personnel is associated with Kiara Training College based in Mitcham town centre. Kiara Training College provides National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) training to mostly Health and Social Care individuals. For the past 3 years it has been contracted by the now Skills Funding Agency to deliver this training. It also has a contract with Jobcentre plus where unemployed people are referred to them for training in Health and Social Care as well as other NVQs.
Kiara Personnel works with Kiara Training College to provide employment for these learners during and after their training. Kiara Personnel is in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is at the moment partnering with Favour Care Ltd (a domiciliary care company) to provide employment for these learners. Favour Care Ltd is registered with CQC.
Kiara Personnel seeks to provide well trained staff for Health and Social Care establishments in the United Kingdom. Promoting Independence of service users, respecting their choice and dignity are some of the core values of our service. Our vision is informed by our experience as Carers, Support workers, Managers of various projects, Trainers, NVQ assessors and Verifiers of Health and Social Care Awards.
As Service Managers, we know what is expected from an agency staff. As Trainers and NVQ assessors and verifiers we know what is required to train Health and Social Care workers to maximise their potentials and meet the National Standards in their area of expertise. Kiara Personnel is thus placed in a unique position to deliver quality service both to our Clients and our staff. To make our services fit for purpose; we offer an ‘after sales service’ - periodically visiting the establishments where we have placed our staff to ensure that they are meeting the needs of our clients.

Training and Expertise
NVQs
All care staff employed by Kiara Personnel are experienced in the field of Home Care and are qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 standard. All management staff are training to NVQ level 4 status with Registered Managers Award status.
All staff are trained at the Kiara Training College Ltd, an accredited (OCR - ASET) Health & Social Care training organisation dedicated to providing an extremely high standard of care to care professionals in and around London and Surrey.

Induction Training
Before any contact with any of our service users, regardless of NVQ status, all care staff must under go Kiara Personnel’s Induction Programme.
Training is delivered by qualified A1 NVQ Assessors at Kiara Training College. Course content is relevant to all current and future legislation and is in line with Skills For Care, the industry standard for Domiciliary Care. This intensive training programme ensures that Kiara Personnel is able to deliver the highest quality of care services.
